These are just some of the usual issues you have to deal with when it comes to signing up with an Internet Service Provider. Most of the time, they would not care as long as you sign up with them.
With that in mind, when do you tell yourself to look for another ISP that can give you better services and treat you more with respect?
There is the notion that just because you are a large company like the Philippine Long Distance Corporation in the Philippines, that they could care less if you would transfer to their competitors. They will survive.
Well, speaking for yourself, you can transfer and see if the service is good. But while one person will not make an immediate impact, it will soon catch up with them when other subscribers start to leave one by one.
